We are saving up to buy one Friday from tractor supply. These 2 sleep with me right now.

Do you have an old shed or other out-building you can convert into a coop? That would be a much better value for the money spent. The pre-fab coops are poorly built. I know of no one who is happy they bought one.
Alternatively, you can look on CL or local poultry FB groups for someone selling a used coop or shed that could be converted.
