General Tso! That's so funny! We have 52 Australorp chicks and we explained to our kids that we would be eating the males. After the gasps of dismay, I also said no naming unless it was Kiev, Curry, Cacciatore, etc. I eventually agreed to one rooster with the name General Tso. . We'll see next month which one gets to live with all of the girls. . I just joined BYC and live in Slippery Rock, PA.
