Peep, peep peep peep...(pics of new duckling)

Just popping in to tell you what I heard this morning...coming from the vicinity of the incubator...peep...peep peep peep peep. Yep! At least one of the ducklings has started peeping from inside the egg! I'm so excited! The kids were ready to stay home thinking it would hatch today..I told them it could still be a day or so...Today is day 25...

My first duckling has hatched and is flopping around the incubator now. I can't wait for him to dry and fluff up. For those of you who have hatched before...how long do I leave him in the incubator before moving him to a brooder? And is there usually a "glob" of blood vessels in the top of the eggshell? There is one with this duckling and I wondered if it was something to worry about.
