does anyone know where I can order these but a custom order? I have small med and large chickens, 15 in total. Amazon has good deals but i dont want to order 2 separate listings, i only would need 2 size small and the rest could get by with med or large.

Ive only see one chicken (isa brown) pecking at the 2 girls who are missing feathers but a couple people ive spoken to suggested i put them on everyone except the 2 who are getting pecked at.

What ive done.. made 2 chicken saddles. bought higher protein (22%) feed to mix in with their normal (16%) feed, giving some cat food as an extra protein treat, added a new bigger dust bath, gave them a purina flock block and will be getting some BOSS as I hear its egg-cellent for feather growth. Also will be adding more roosts for more space in their run. They have some already but may as well add some more :)

Not sure about the custom blinder order you seek, but, space is key.
Are your 15 birds all the same age and always lived together?
How big is your coop, in feet by feet?
Dimensions and pics would help immensely.

Some diversion/enrichment and hiding places in the run can help:

Yes they were all babies when i brought them home last spring. Their run is 10x10 and their coop which is attached is a 10x12 walk in shed. And i let them free range a few times a week for a few hours..basically when im able to be right there because of hawks.

All that being said, i am planning on extending their run with 2 more 10 ft panels (so it would be double the size)

I would just put the pinless peepers on the one, but keep an eye out.

I had 3 out of 5 feather picking in my first Flock.
I only put the pinless peepers on the 3 peckers. 20180128_101258.jpg .
I would get the peepers with the loop to clear the Comb.
I got the 15 count with pliers.
I kept them on for 3 weeks.
I had to hang a 2 quart pail as a feeder. They couldn't eat from the 12 lb galvanized feeder wearing the Peepers. 20180128_110831.jpg .
I also increased protein from 16 back to 18%. I never had a problem when I fed them a 18% protein feed.
No problems with pecking in more than 2 years. My current Flock of 5.
