peepers

I need to find a source of peepers for chickens. I have one hen that just loves to pick feathers off of my other hens.

You mean those blinkers?

Some hardware stores have them- best bet is to contact another poultry owner and trade for one.

Might be other ways though- my Golda has settled down after being quite the bully. I think the others got sick of her...are you birds crowded?

Some feather pickers benefit from a bit of extra protein- cat food, yogurt...
