peeping chicks? one already hatched!

Hi, I have 8 eggs sitting in an octagon 20 advanced ex.

One hatched exactly on day 21, a lovely little black pekin (really fluffy little feet!), oh and another which promptly died

.

Now the other eggs, some i can hear peeping, i believe this means they will be here soon?..how soon...
And the others which arnt peeping, does this mean tehy wont hatch..
My poor little baby is lonely

How long should i leave it until disposing of any that havent hatched? another 3 days?
