Peggy the Easter Egger!

Hi there!

I was hunting around for a place to buy another Silkie when I stumbled across I cute Easter Egger chick instead. I decided to give this breed a shot, and the chick is now just over two months. I thought it was female, but since I’ve never had this breed I’m not sure. I know that three peas on the comb and red shoulders are an indicator, but since I have no other EE’s for comparison I’m not sure.

What do you think?

I'm not 100% sure on this one but I think it is a late maturing cockerel. Let's see what other BYC members have to say.
