The black chickens look to be split on an E/e^b split base, that would explain the red leakage in the feathers as well as the feet not being as bright a yellow as others, as for the "white leakage" is probably due to mottling, pretty easy to spot early on and as they develop, see here for examples of how it came in on this bird.
