Pekin bantham laying advice

Hello! I’m new to owning chicken but did months of research before buying my flock. I have 5 pekin bantam ladies between the age of 7/8 months old. I have only had them two weeks the first week they never laid an egg. But this week my one pekin has been laying every day? 7 day/7eggs. Is this normal as I read you only get 2/3 a week from a hen ? I’ve got a coop camera so I know which one is laying. Some of the other hens try sneak on the egg after it’s been laid to claim the glory. Haha any advice on a super layer pekin?
