I have 2 pekin ducks. One male and one female. The male one seems to pick on a few of my chickens, biting their necks and it looks he tries to mount them!
Any suggestions on how to prevent this? Can he harm my chickens?
I need my flock to get along and live in one big happy coop.

Male duck anatomy is different than a rooster. A male duck mating a female chicken can cause damage to the chicken, possibly even death.
If your duck is trying to mate your chickens, he needs to be separated from them.

The female will survive just fine, but I'd suggest finding her another female friend so she has somebody to pall around with during the day.
My ducks tolerate the chicken, but never seek her out.
