Pekin drake question

I will try to get a closer photo in a bit, but I noticed that both of my males seem to have grown a lump on their heads. Maybe it just don't notice it in photos, but I can definitely see it in person. Is that normal? They're only a couple months old, they haven't even hit maturity yet.

It's kinda hard to get a pic of. I'll have to have someone help me later. I zoomed this in and you can kinda see it. Compared to the rouen duck, he kinda has a tall forehead.
