Pekin duck can't stand up

I just got home from a month away, and my favored Pekin girl can't stand up. My son has been caring for the ducks and said it started about 3 days ago. Said he thinks she's eating because the food level goes down. She drinks when it's offered but has a difficult time getting to the water. We moved her into a heated building with a lower tray of water. Poop seems pretty watery, and her legs look like she's pretty dehydrated. I have no idea what to do. Please help.

You mention her legs look dehydrated, do you have photos?
Work on getting her to drink, then see if she will eat some food for you.

Any chance she's having a hard time laying an egg?

Skin on her legs just looks dry and kind of scaly. I added some electrolytes to her water and put it where she can reach it better. I am open to suggestions. I don't have a vet. How would I know if it's an egg?

Is she pooping?
Is she acting like she's straining?

I'd try getting Niacin into her, see if that helps. You can use the B-Complex as posted in the link in the previous post.

She's not acting like she's straining from what I've seen. Now That she's set up where it's warm, she seemed pretty relaxed when I went to check on her. I will have to get some niacin to give her. Hopefully she'll do alright through the night and I can look for something for her tomorrow. She did poop although it seemed pretty watery and not really solid. She's not able to keep her bottom clean because she can't lift herself up to poop. I may try to bring her in the house in the morning and give her a warm bath.

Update this morning:
I checked on Puff this morning. She passed a good normal poop while I was with her. She's drinking well and was acting like she wanted to bathe herself although she couldn't actually stand up and do the job. She can move her legs and will actually press them against my hand, but she can't support her body. She didn't have any interest in the food I offered her, so I think I need to try something more appealing. My feed stores here don't seem to have niacin supplements, so is there something Walmart might carry that I could give her? Should I also get some calcium for her? I just don't know what to do for my sweet little girl. I think a bath is in her near future for sure. She'd probably feel a little better if she could clean herself a bit.

But once one shows signs of niacin deficiency we treat with liquid B Complex and TSC carries a good one brand name Durvet. 1 ml daily until the duckling/duck is up and walking normal then for 1 week after.

If you have a feed store like TSC or similar, then you should be able to find Vitamin B-Complex. You'll need a syringe with a needle in order to draw up the liquid, then take the needle off and give the vitamins orally.

If you are unable to get this at TSC, then look at Walmart to see if they have Liquid Vitamin B-Complex with a similar ingredient list or you can give her give her B-Complex tablets. Giving the Liquid is easier with Ducks.

Many duck people also use nutritional yeast for Niacin, but the B complex is more exact. Most Walmarts should carry human vitamins in the store near the pharmacy. Spring Valley brand is cheap, and dosage is 1/2 tablet daily:

Day 2 of the vitamin B complex. Of course she is not a fan. About how long does it normally take to start seeing improvement?
