have you ever had an egg hatch after 30 days????

I haven't had duck eggs hatch late, but I've had chicken eggs hatch as late as day 25, which is four days late, so it does happen.

Yes, very carefully, with a small drill bit. It has to be done right over the air cell or you can cause the duckling to bleed out if you hit a vein.
