Pekin Duck in Southern California

I have to find a new home for Puddles. Waddles was killed by a bobcat in November, and I've done everything I can to help Puddles cope, but she's just too lonely. In addition to that, we're moving to a different state, and it would be too much stress for her to endure the move. If anyone's interested, please let me know. I want her to go to a good home where she can spend time with other ducks and be happy again. She just turned 3 on February 14th.

Hi, sorry to hear about Waddles. Have you found a home for Puddles? Just wanted to suggest you try Animal Acres (Farm Sanctury) in Acton, CA if you are still looking. It's about 1 hour outside of Los Angeles. I used to volunteer there. They are a sanctuary for farmed animals and I used to volunteer there. They are good people. Vegans... so your duck would never be used for food.... There are a lot of ducks, geese, chickens and turkeys there. She wouldn't be lonely anymore. : ) Good luck.
