Any sign of bumble foot (bottom of the foot)? What have you done to treat? Warm Epsom salt soaks (don’t let him drink the water) possibly infection or a break, is a vet an option? I wouldn’ let it go and not do anything.

I don’t believe it’s bumble foot and I’ve given him warm baths without epsom salts. I may take him to the vet soon but l I wasn’t sure if i’d need to find a vet that specializes in birds or not

It's best if you can to take your duck to an avian vet they specialize in birds and know more than a reg vet will. If it's infection hopefully an antibiotic will clear it up. Is the swollen area soft like fluid in it? if so they maybe able to draw some out and test it to see what it may be

Absolutely go to the vet ASAP. That is very swollen and something clearly wrong that you won't be able to fix on your own.

With your duck being pekin I suspect that is an enlarged joint due to a severe niacin deficiency. It’s not super common, but when a niacin deficiency is severe enough their joints will swell up.
