pekin duck mating rituals???

hello everyone!
i have a 18 week old pekin duck. not sure of the sex but its name is Stumble... long story lol.

well just recently i have noticed that when i scratch her back between her wings she kind of falls forward and sticks her butt in the air. i noticed that by her butt area the feathers move out of the way and a red area kind of push out... is this her sex organs??? she is VERY VERY Loud lol and no curly feathers... am i lucky enough to have gotta a female?!! lol
