Pekin duck not acting normal

Hey BYC! I have noticed today that my duck was acting very weird. He has been just standing with his eyes squinted and not able to move his neck. He is still eating and drinking but its hard for him to. He is walking around a bit but mostly standing in the corner. For a while he had a puffy cheek but it went away now and now he is like this. Please help i just want him to be okay!
