Pekin duck struggling to stand and walk

I have a year old pekin drake who seems to struggle to stand. He had to use his wings to help prop him up as he struggled into his coop. Any way I could help?

I had a pullet who could not stand she could move her legs and could sometimes prop herself up for a few seconds and after about a month we just had to put her down

Usually, stuff like that is caused by toxins or deficiency.

I put some niacin in his feed the day before he had these leg problems however as a duckling he did suffer from niacin deficiency

I would get some liquid niacin to treat him.
