pekin duck suddenly died

I have 3 pekins I just had one die of no apparent reason before I left for work I fed and watered them by the time I drove to work my girlfriend called me and said one was dead he seemed fine before I left showed no signs of being sick they all got along fine they were raised together I was wondering if anyone knows why he would of died so suddenly

Poultry in general hide their illnesses very well and can be near death before we pick up on them even being sick. About the only real way of knowing would be to get an necropsy done on your Pekin. many state vets will do it for you some for free.
