Pekin duckling age?

The pink bill screams White Layer! About 2-3 weeks old.
Have they started to quack already?
Mine started quacking (peep, peep peep, quax!) when they were just over three weeks old.

I havnt heard any quaks yet! Do you guys think I have a Pekin and a white layer then? I thought they where essentially the same thing but WL was smaller. These guys right now are both same size? I was hoping it would be. A hen and drake!
