Baby born a day ago and can't walk. It moves like it is swimming. Any suggestions?

I would also post on the duck forum under Forum on this page. Can you start some some poultry elctrolytes and vitamins on her. There are several brands at feed stores. A lot of lameness can be caused by incubation problems or vitamin or mineral deficiencies.
