Pekin duckling issue

One of our ducklings was floating upside down in water. It's about 6 weeks old, I got it out of the water and it's breathing and just laying down. It looks a little sleepy and have been spooning it some juice. Any other suggestions? Also why would it be upside down in water?

What juice are you giving the duckling?
A duckling at six weeks still has down feathers, so they can still drown. How deep was the water and what was the temperature? Was he just floating, or was he swimming and looking for stuff on the bottom? Did he look fine afterwards other than "sleepy"?

I gave it some pineapple juice. We like in upstate ny and the other ducks were swimming just fine. It looked like it was dead. Now it's fine, but it was really weird

It could be an air bladder issue, does it feel puffy anywhere?

It's neck looked puffy the other day, then it went away
