Pekin ducklings from TSC

looks like it's feed is sitting there, do they have water along with their feed? very important ducks need water to wash down their feed. after a while it goes down right?

They need water 24/7 to wash down food, also you may want to try grinding the feed smaller

I agree with above also are you giving any treats, what type of food?

Yes they always have water and it does go down after a while.

They eat cracked corn, hard boiled eggs, minnows, bugs they find in the dirt and peas... Is that all "junk" food?
Thats pretty healthy, but cracked corn is probably whats doing it. Cracked corn is much too big and hard for ducklings, however the other food they're eating is excellent for nutrition, especially minnows. I suggest buying some real feed or grinding up the corn even smaller.

I got to see today what they do when winding down chick season... They in fact just cut the prices... I want to go by sputhern states tomorrow and see if they've discounted any

They actually won't eat the cracked corn if they don't have to, if I have something else to give them they prefer that. The picture I posted was after they ate peas but its also like that after they eat minnows too. Maybe because they gobble them down? Whenever I give them eggs, fish, or peas they act like they've never eaten before.... Is this normal? I give them to them a few times a day. Although the minnows in the pond are getting smart I can't seem to catch them anymore :/

My aunt lives across the street from a pond and there are ducks that come over and eat cracked corn and its so funny if the bowl is empty they all stand there and quack until it gets filled (even the babies that just hatched, I'll post a pic)

400
these little guys hatched about a week before I got my ducks so they are around the same age

Can they over eat? Their necks get so big and they still go for more food. Should I take their food away when their necks get big? It freaks me out
