Pekin ducklings with red rash under neck, along the spine and on wings

The poo has like absorbEd into the hay because it was red a few hours ago. If I see it again I’ll send through a photo straight away. But here is a photo of them.

Yeah, I can't see much, could you go on google and find me a picture that looked similar to the one you saw earlier today. Coccidiosis is quite rare with ducks, but it's always a good idea to keep their bedding very clean as the microscopic parasite known as "Coccia" is transmitted through droppings, so keeping it clean and tidy should keep possible contraction of the bacteria to a minimum.

Droppings are one of the first clinical signs that they may be sick, so continue to monitor their waste and watch for lethargy in both birds for the next few weeks.

So I found this photo, at the end see how its White? Mine was like a little strip about half the size of these ones and it was white and it has like bits of red in it. I was having breakfast when I looked over and saw it, I got pretty stressed out.

Did you enjoy scrolling though poop pictures? :lau

I will tag @casportpony as she is an expert in the field of "Poop's" and see what her opinion on this is. As I mentioned before, continue to monitor their waste and them closely for the next few days/week, and make sure to keep that brooder nice and clean.

ok thank you so much!!!!!!!!

One thing you can do to help monitor the waste better would be to use puppy pads on top of your pine shavings. That way you can more easily see what's coming out of them. Plus it's so easy to clean up the brooder.

ive watched them all day yesterday and all day today and their droppings are normal brown coloured. Is that a good sign again? Or bad..
