Pekin ducklings

I brought home 3 pekin ducklings 2 weeks ago. All 3 have this huge pouch under their neck (breast area). They seem fine, but I do not remember my older Pekins looking like this. Should I be worried?

That's a very full crop. Do you provide feed ad lib or hand feed ? If fed periodically birds tend to gorge and overfull their crops.

Yes this. I would make sure they have chick grit and feed 24/7
