Pekin Ducks

My Pekin Duck eggs was not due to hatch until today. One started hatching on Thursday. My issue is today being hatch day its still not out of the egg. I can see it and It is still alive. The others have started hatching. How long does it take for them to come out? When should I be concerned?

Yes It is pipping and so is all the others. It has just been trying to get out of the egg since Thursday and all the others just started to crack out today. And the little thing is still in the egg.

Wow. You can gently chip off some of the shell around the pip. If you see blood- stop.

I'm so glad I did what u said. It was shrink wrapped in the egg. So I went ahead and checked the rest of the duck babies and they was all the same way. I didn't help them all the way out just removed some of the shell. And letting them do the rest. I have never hatched duck eggs before. And I always have a 100% hatch rate with chicken eggs. So I thought I had this. But thank you for the fast response and for all ur help.
