Pekin female's strange behavior

I have a female Pekin duck that makes strange head movements. For the past couple of months I noticed she always keeps her head tucked in to her body and if you get within 10 feet of her she quacks extremely loud and moves her head down and to the side quickly. She'll continue to do it till you walk away. She has always been loud but she never did these strange head movements or kept her head tucked in. Is this normal behavior?

Sounds like she could be broody? Any other signs that this might be it? I have a Runner female who wants to be broody she comes out quacking up a storm walking with her feathers kind of out. Just basically upset with the world.
Is your female eating drinking and acting normal health wise besides this?

My females quack excitedly and bob their heads to the side when the drake is around and they want to get mated.
Do you have any other ducks?
