Pekin hen having trouble walking

My pekin hen has always had trouble walking since we got her about a month ago. She waddles when she walks but not it has got worse and she is almost not able to walk at all she is waddleing around and laying down where she gets to. So what can i do to help her she is about 7 months old large pekin hen. Fed GMO free feed, grit and ostyer shells. Plus free range around out property for bugs extra?

Pekin Ducks tend to have leg problems. Where did you get her at as a duckling?

Pekins are prone to niacin deficiency and need to be supplemented from hatch just about with a supplement. The deficiency can cause lameness and neurological issue

Pekin are meat birds so as pets need a different diet to keep the weight down. Also some just have bad joints because bred for meat not pets.
