Pekin Hen Not Acting Right

No, I'm not sure how to. I don't have a baby scale. Could I just do it the old fashioned way of weighing myself and then weighing myself while holding her and subtracting the difference?
Can you go buy a food scale from Walmart? If not, just weigh yourself, then weigh again while holding her.

I asked if you read the link because it has info on how to care for the ill bird, including ideal cage temp. Anything less than 70 degrees is probably too cold. She really should be inside.

Yes, I would bring her inside to keep her warm if you can?..I had to last winter with my Call Hen..It was just too Cold for her outside and she had a huge poop ball stuck to her feathers..Two days inside a crate and warm baths in my Tub till the weather got better....

I'll have to think up a way to do this. My main concern is her safety because we have 2 dogs and 2 cats in the house at night. The only good place for her is the bathroom. I could easily put towels down in the tub and keep her there. In the very least, I'll be bringing her in for a warm bath each day.

Oh sorry, I wasn't sure what you had meant! Yes, I did read through. I'll have to give it another look though, because I was tired last night and mainly focused on the checking them over part while I had her inside for the bath.

Does she want to swim? Is she still waterproof? Is she preening? If the answer to any of those questions is no, do not bath her.

I tried taking a small video, but it won't let me upload it due to file size. I can try to get a better photo. She keeps showing her backside to me. Is there a particular angle you need?

On the bright side, when I went out to take the video, she was looking much stronger. She's walking normal again and her head is back up. She still seems tired, but no where near as weak as this morning. She even gave me some muffled quacks. Of course, now that she has all that food in there, her crop looks huge and ugly.
