Pekin hen's ear bleeding

My 5 month old pekin hen's ear was bleeding, from what I can tell she's fine otherwise. Is this something I should be worried about or should I let her be?

Is it still actively bleeding? If not, them she may have just gotten pecked or something like that. If it continues to bleed I would be concerned.
