I rescued a bunch of birds yesterday and one of the ducks in the mix, a pekin has a bad leg and after looking at it further it looks like a dislocated hock/ankle. I have been treating all ducks with niacin and b vitamins and they are looking better but not this one. Any suggestions? A vet isn’t in the cards. My husband doesn’t want to spend that sort of money to reset if we can possibly do something from home. The legs turns inward at almost 90 degrees.

So a quick update on Lt Dan! He’s getting his legs back. The bad leg is still quite wonky but with water therapy and the tablets I put in a gallon of water that have all the nutrients, he’s doing heaps better. He’s standing and actually walking!!!! I’m so happy!!!
