I have a pekin who seems to be in pain... I have tried everything and it's not getting better.
He eats and drinks.

Some kind of inflammation going on or infection. Can you take him to a vet? that way he can get an antibiotic that may help heal. Hasn't this been going on for sometime?

Yes and nothing is working. There isnt a vet around here that takes care of ducks. I have called around.

Or call DNR Department of Natural Resources in your area they can probably tell you. Even a vet may know.

An hour away.

I'd call them and tell them about your drake and tell them there isn't a vet that will see him you can even send them an email of the picture you posted here if they want it. He needs help with this asap
