Pekin mating with WH?

Could a Pekin Drake seriously injure a WH Hen. Is it common? I contacted someone on CL about some WH ducklings and I get the feeling they don't want me to buy any. We have been going back and forth in email and they still haven't let me know of a time I can come out. Instead they tell me after I tell them I have two Pekins that a male could seriously injure a female WH.

Larger drakes can indeed injure and sometimes kill a smaller duck.

And drakes are incredibly driven to mate . . . I had to get rid of all drakes but one, and he still is looking for more -- pursues a female goose in hopes that she'll fall in love . . .
