Ok I'll put him in a smaller run I have

Don't feel bad for him, it's what he needs. A large crate would be better.

The niacin won't work over night. He'll need to be immobilized for at least a week until you start seeing improvement. You can also allow him very short swim times, to help take the weight off and as physical therapy.

If you are in the States and have access to it, get some antibiotics. Put it over a treat, like peas or mealworms and make sure he eats it all. It might also be good to get some Vitamin B complex. The bottle says injectable for bovines, but just do the same with the food. It's even better than plain niacin. That can be used after he's recovered.

@Miss Lydia anything I forgot?
Ok I'll keep him in a spot for a couple weeks to help him. I have a pond I'll let him go in a few times

It's a little hard to tell from the photos because his feet are dusty, I know it's a pain, but maybe you could rinse them off and take pictures again. The first one did look like it might be a large bumble on the heal, but I can't tell for sure.
I will tomorrow afternoon, that spot you're probably taking about is what I think might be bumblefoot but we've treated it before. We might to go through it again if it is bumble foot

Is this foot that might have bumble the one where the swelling is on his leg?

Bumble is staff infection and if not treated can move into joint, bone and blood stream eventually. I agree with @CoriM if you can get a good picture with his foot clean that would help. Do you have antibiotics [animal or human?]

After I cleaned the foot and picked at the potential spot of bumblefoot I realized it was in fact a scab so I sprayed the spray on and bandaged it up. I've done this once before so I'll see if it works this time. I'll keep him in the enclosed area

The thing with bumblefoot is it often needs multiple treatments. Are you usuing vetericyn spray? You should also pack the wound with triple antibiotic ointment - without pain reliever. Then take it off in a day or two and check the wound.

I am using vetericyn spray. I'll probably change it every day just to keep up with it. Do I need to pick at it every time too or just let it heal all the way across?

This is so tricky - it depends on whether you've gotten all the infection. And in this case the infection has possibly spread to the joint and that's why it's so swollen. You would definitely need antibiotics and more extreme treatment if it's spread to the joint. I would probably let it heal all the way, and see how it looks and make the decision at that point.

Ok thank you, I'll try my best
