Pekin sittin on non fertile eggs.

One of my Pekins has been sitting on a nest for over a week now. She rarely comes out, only to eat. We haven't had any males since May so I'm confused about her behavior. Anyone have any thoughts ?

Broody hens will sit on eggs whether they are fertile or not. I had one chicken sit on a piece of corn cob! You could try breaking her up in a wire crate with some food and water, or you could buy her some hatching eggs or day-old chicks so she can be a momma. Pekin chickens are very good mothers, I'm not sure about pekin ducks. I've heard they don't always make the best mothers.
