Pekin taking very deep breaths, is this normal??

Hello all,

I have 2 pekin ducks, both females and are a year and a half old. I notice that sometimes when Walle is sitting down and resting, she will take very deep breaths, and exhales fairly loudly through her vents. Her tail moves up and down too. I have been researching and I see that it could be pneumonia. But she acts totally normal and happy...I just notice that she does this sometimes when she's laying down &/or sleeping. Has anyone else had this happen with their ducks? Do you think this is normal?

If all other behaviors are normal, I would not be worried. Some animals just relax more deeply than others. If she is overweight, try taking off some weight.
