It's one of the wild Ancestors of the domestic chicken. Yes, they are funky, & would like to get some some day.

When I was young I had a pair of Pekins. Both had a rose comb. The person I got them from had about 15 in her coop. Every one of them looked exactly like a white Pekin with a rose comb.
