hi I just bought 2 pekin chicks 8 weeks old as well as 4 week old silkies. All seem good except for 1 pekin. Her crop is totally empty and she stetches her neck out and opens the mouth as wide as she can. She pecks at the food but does seem to be getting anything out of it. She wasnt drinking so I dropped water along her beak and after a while she drank abit. I was told to put garlic in the water. Could she just be stressed. I am giving all of them chicken starter. I made a wet mash up from the starter and she wouldnt touch that but the 4 week old silkies loved it. She is going to go to sleep with no food in her crop. The last time she ate would have been with the breeder. What have I done wrong. They are all under a light in my daughters bedroom.
