Peking and Rouen comparisons?

So, I wanted to post this as a research probe.

It seems like Rouens and pekings have comparable size for the largest size ducks. (Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong or missing anything. Or other comments really.)

Therefore it seems reasonable to ask what you'd observed in comparing them to each other?

But in particular (not only this) I'm curious how they compare in terms of noise? Personality? Other traits?

My initial pair of ducks consisted of a Rouen hen, Daphne, and a Pekin hen, Margie. Margie passed away after several months from some unknown cause, but Daphne is still trucking along. In my case, Margie was bigger, calmer, lazier, and sweeter. Daphne is loud, bossy, and more intelligent with a more interesting personality. Obviously, my sample size was very small, but those were my observations. :confused:
