Peking drakes with Swedish hens.

Last year we got two Peking drakes and a Swedish hen from the local farm store. This year we ordered four more Swedish hens since the first was getting more than her fair share of affection. That poor hen is missing feathers on her neck, back and some on the top of her wings. We're concerned about winter.
Question is, is this a Peking thing? The drakes are not even interested in the new hens, they run them off.

Being that young, they shouldn't be mated yet. They are way too young.

I guess my real question/concern is about the drakes. Are Pekings drakes normally rough on the hens? Will they pay attention to the Swedish hens when they are old enough?
