Peking Ducks

I pay a mobile processor to come to the farm. He charges a lot more for duck than chickens. To even come close to making it feasible I need to be able to sell larger ducks (say 5-7 lbs).

oh, well I don't have first hand knowledge yet but everyone on here says muscovies are the breed to go with for rapid weight.
