Here we go again.

The ones on the right is a drake, and the left is a hen right?

The one does appear to be a Drake....Does the other one Quack?...

I have never heard any of my ducks make a noise where I thought "wow that's a quack". The one I believe is female seems to kind of quack sometimes though.

yeah, one on the right does look like a drake. Do the two ducks make different sounds to each other? (like, they sound different. the drake should be raspy, and then hen will be real loud and sharp)
