so, im sorry if ive been putting too many posts up recently, but i am stuck in wich duck is better....pekin or ayelsbury? i want to know this as i would like to get some ducklings but the ones i could find were these two.

Well pekins are more like a regular duck in posture....aylesburys are more upright...like a pekin in a runner body. However aylesburys are a lot more common overseas, never seen any around here.

I thought Aylesburies were fat and short.

Well, what do you want from the ducks? Meat, eggs, temperament, friendliness, broodiness? Figure out exactly what you want, and then get the ducks that fit the bill. When I first got ducks, I wanted lots of eggs and some more colorful ducks, so I got Khaki Campbells and Mallards.
