I have 3 pekins, started with a pair, hatched a dozen and ended up with a blind one. Sold all the rest and dont intend on hatching anymore from them. They are the friendlest ducks that I have ever had, the blind one I raised in the house and she is super sweet. Lives outside in an enclosure with her parents now just like anyother duck except I dont move stuff around on her and I have to lift her in/out of the pool.
