Penguin looking chick

Any ideas on breed? I was thinking Black Astralorp but it has white wing tips? Bonus points if you can determine gender!

Black australorps' first wing feathers do tend to be white, actually. But Australorps have black legs and your chick doesn't.

So I'm gonna guess sexlink, even though most sexlink chicks have more black on them. Like australorps, they sometimes feather in with white wingtip feathers first.

Many of them have leg color like that. Especially hatchery type.

It's not a black sex link. It looks like an australorp to me. I've seen quite a few with those multicolored legs.
