Is the dosage for penicillin g .10cc per lb or 10lb, thank you!

I am not treating anyone for anything
Someone said that the dosage for penicillin G is .10cc per 10lb and not as I said. 10cc per 1lb.
I know penicillin has a pretty high safety margin. Was just trying to see which is accurate.
