penicillin question

Does anyone know how much penicillin you can give a lamb that weighs about 50 lbs. The penicillin I have is the injectible. It doesnt give amounts on it and I've tried to look it up on the internet. Something I read said to give 1 cc per 100 pounds of body weight but I dont know if it is accurate. I really need to know as I have a very sick lamb. I've posted in backyardherds also but was hoping someone here might know.

I don't think 1 cc/ml/100lbs is enough, but I don't know the 1st thing about lambs . A 100 lb calf would normally receive about 5 to 10 mls/CC
