Hi finally found someone in my area of Pa... just learning the ropes on raising chickens...i have cuckoo marans specled sussex., golden lace wyandotte and blue wayandottes...my roos are the golden laced wyandottes ....

My roosters are running with all the hens.  I have 1 Blue Ameraucana rooster, and 1 Silver Laced Wyandotte rooster.  Please see signature for the breeds of hens I have.  $1 per egg

Right outside of Pittsburgh. If it's more than $9 forget it. I will just let them hatch the Leghorn eggs. School clothes and supply shopping is here so I have to watch my pennies!

my plan is still to get the chickens tomorrow...............TOMORROW!

I need to get an early start to finalize some hardware cloth spots..........................

leg situation seems about the same.............maybe a little better as I don't have pain
healing is continuing............

I think the forecast is for sun tomorrow too!


I hope all goes well............nervous new chicken mom!

Lisa, my b-i-l hit his leg a month ago into the edge if a stair. He had surgery last week to clean out the abscess that resulted.

I don't want to hear surgery! oh no!

I just want the darn thing to heal!

I have to take these second round of antibiotics for 9 days and then want to see my personal doctor................

Lets hope its all cleared up by then!

I have to , as in HAVE to work to earn money for life...................so something like IV antibiotics would not be a good idea..............it would be all cost and no income!

I think this second round of anti's might just work! lets keep saying that!
