family is of no help,,,,,hubby being a traditional farm boy insist that meals be meat and potato....and I can not have potato in front of me and not eat it.
I did lose about 15 pounds just from cutting junk food and soda, but then started drinking for the holidays and mixed drinks just do not taste right with diet soda.
I try to cut back on the diet soda because of the sweetener and its ill effects. I dropped alot of what I packed on during sept oct and nov and then stood still for several weeks on the LowCarbHighFat diet, and NO I didnt buy all that MTC oil and stuff, I am just too cheap. I am going to remove myself from the page at some point, there is something going on with the recipes and the new site the admin is starting, I DO NOT want involved but I am nosey enough to watch lol. I took everyone I posted off the page too. Admin is very smart, but just annoys with the pushing stuff and acting like your dumb if you dont do it HIS way. whatever.
Anyways I was eating alot of crap food for almost three weeks in december and didnt gain but 2 lbs I was shocked back on the diet and on the scale, I will take it!!! lol so I hunkered down and back on less than 15 carbs a day and I feel good. If I like to excersise or if a gym was close to these boonies I would be dangerous! I have to drive at least 40 min to hit the gym. not gonna happen. I was so mad they closed the one I went to. It was always empty my kinda gym, guess thats y they closed eh? ha ha
