I am in to much pain from all the shoveling to shiver...

I really would not care if we never had another snowflake fall

I hear ya! I slipped while bringing the goats their hay, been shoveling all day while hubby sits on the tractor. Somehow, just not the same thing. Back is hurting.

Omg
And...in less than 24 hours...has already bypassed my "no dogs in the house" rule. She hasn't moved from that spot in over 20 minutes.
Silkie: Cute pup....and she's not too big for a lap dog...imho....I had an 85lb lap dog
Ugh! My 44 lb child squishes me. Definitely NOT having an 85 lb dog sit on me!!!
silkie, I had a newfoundland that was atleast 200 pounds (the scale at the vet did not go any higher)...and his favorite spot was to lay across my legs when I sat on the floor.
Omg! I'd never make it back up off the floor!

been my day also,,,then when we quit for the night and go in,,,,I hear, what's for dinner......needless to say we are waiting on pizza delivery

We had a good 8 inches here. And when we went out to run a quick errand, on the radio they were talking about more for tomorrow night and again for the late weekend. If it weren't for my Phalaenopsis (Moth Orchid) and Amaryllis reblooming, I would be screaming to see green grass! Can I share pics of the flowers when they bloom?

You can share any flower pictures you want to, actually I invite you too.

Just grab all the blankets in the house, sit down and have several steaming cups of tea.

Here's our 'baby' checking on 'the patient'. Her Mom was 60lbs, she was 106 at last vet check. 106 pounds of sweetness. LOVE this girl.

Last measure was 10 inches of snow. Wet, heavy, snow. Ugg.

I heard that too. It's "feed yourself night" here. That means the kids had microwave mac & cheese packets & twice baked potatoes from the freezer. I opened a can of chicken & threw in bacon & ranch. My potato is in the microwave now...lol
